WordPress 3.1 available: The new revolution

For if, as is here the new revolution of WordPress. And although a priori it seems that developments are few, trust me, WordPress 3.1 is a new beginning in the way we see WordPress as CMS. There are small developments that will mark a before and after in the development and use of this beloved platform.

The main developments are these:

* Internal links - by clicking the new button for internal links you will find an entry or review to link existing content. Admin
* Bar - contains several links to various administration screens. By default, the admin bar is displayed when a user has logged in and are visiting the site, and is not shown on screens on site management simple (not multi-use). For multisite installations is shown both when you are visiting the site as
management screens * Improved writing interface - The new WordPress users will find the entry screen much cleaner than before, with most options default hidden. (You can click Options on the screen superior to redisplay)
* Input formats - Information formats can use themes to customize the display of an entry. See more information on input formats (in English yet).
* Network Administrator - have been moved Super Administrator menus and pages related to the usual admin screen to display the new network administrator.
administration * Displays list mode - you can sort the columns in the listings screens (pages, posts, comments, etc) to improve the page.
* Improvement of the exporter / importer - There are many changes author information, improved management of taxonomies and terms, proper support menus, etc..
* Improved custom content type - Allows developers to create archive pages and have more control capabilities and improved menus. Learn more input types (in English yet).
* Advanced Queries - Allows developers to query multiple taxonomies and custom fields.
* A blue color scheme for the freshest administration focuses on your content.
